Patch 2.4 PTR Notes

The latest patch notes from the Public test realm are available. Although some things may change between now and when the patch goes live, it's cool to check out none the less.
Highlights include:
- Sunwell Plateau instance - Diminishing returns eliminated for BG - Honor points usable right away - Combat log improvements - Black Temple and Hyjal attunement quests eliminated
Patch 2.3.3 on PTR; Notes now up

The Patch notes for 2.3.3 are now up to reflect the few changes currently available on the Public Test Realm. I expect there will be more changes in the coming weeks, but for now there are just a few. Hit the jump for the notes!
